RCBS Turret Press Primer.

Got a new RCBS turret press.   Having trouble with the Priming system.   
The primers won't  Come out of the tube on to the primer plunger..   Using WLP primers . Seems they are to tall to clear the housing once they are down in the priming plunger.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I have the turret press and didn't not have your problem but I bought a hand held RCBS priming tool. The priming on the press is a real pain. The hand held priming tool is the way to go.
