I'm glad to see this forum. Personally, I think Taurus firearms are some of the finest guns going for the money. I've got a 608 .357, a 445 .44 special and a Model 62 .22 rifle. All of these are fine firearms and rock-solid. Planning on purchasing a model 85 pretty soon for my girlfriend.

Will,
First off welcome, and I agree I think Taurus products are excellent in fit and finish. I think if more people would give them a try they would find out that you dont have to spend a small fortune for a well made firearm :grin:
I have had my eye on a model 62 myself, from what I hear the pump action is very smooth :-)

they need some better made semi autos

taurus revolvers are very well made,I own quite a few and they hold up extremely well.
the semi autos could use some updating,I'm still not completely sold on them,although I own a few.
