No, not as long as the primers don't get worse, excess headspace doesn't help accuracy either.

From the looks of the crater 'rim' it isnt dragging on opening or locking up the breech, and with extraction OK it seems functional, though not ideal.
Other guys have 'headspace' issues too (even some expensive Encore barrels) and get by it seems, so you should do fine.
Have you tried seating the bullet out farther?

Not yet but that sounds like a good idea.
Would I have to be concerned with pressure spikes if
I do this?

The question is more likely IF you can seat it out to the lands, that's one of the complaints about 357 barrels, extremely long throats, a 200gr Sierra touching the lands in mine isn't in the case at all.  :-\
