If i am not mistaken, obama spent several years being taught the islamic
religion.
There have been several muslem countries that have been taken over by the
radical muslems because the "good" muslem could not fight their brothers.
Samolia, Rhowanda and others. If they want to be a peaceful religion they
need to clean up their own back yard. This country was created on religious
freedom, but this religion has too many radicals for any relgion to tolerate.
It is had for me to believe a grown man could set in a church where the preacher preaches hate America and not hear any of it. I remember when
John Kennedy was running for president, OMG a Catholic running for President
unheard of, problem was EVERYONE knew where and for what he stood.
Does anyone know what obama stands for other than "CHANGE"

I don't know why  osama sent 30,000 troops but my guess is that it was pressure from congress. I understand little of his madness, other than that he seems determined to destroy  America. His 1st visit to a foreign nation as president was a Godless nation, followed by several others, bowing to all of them. Israel requested a visit, they were snubbed. Could  also be that he's getting more of our troops out of America hoping for the Godless ones to use a nuke against our troops while they are there enmass. Nothing would surprise me with this scum. Think about it, great way to make us vulnerable and helpless to his Godless friends.

How much further in debt do we have to go? And in case any were wondering, the military machine is already worn out, tired and broken. We don't have the $ to fix the fleet, aircraft and vehicles necessary for strategic defense because all the $ is being spent in OEF. Seriously, we depleted most of our strategic reserves, and they have not been resupplied - our mandate for 90 days in any theater is short by 75 days, and thats for one theater. More ships going into the docks, and more aircraft sitting on the tarmac unfixed. Never mind the people ... we're tired, worn out and broken too. And that's not just active duty; thats the Guard and the Reserves too, since many of them have done multiple tours now. And the new transfer funding scheme is killing families, because its ran by an increasingly larger civilian contractor base that has no value for troop care. We just had this conversation in my war college class - by every report submitted for budget in 2008, 2009 and soon in 2010, we're not militarily prepared for a major threat anywhere, to include the homeland. And Obama is making overtures about sending us to the Sudan next. If you wanted to ensure that your national security was compromised with no means of rapid response, you couldn't plan it better than what we're doing right now.

In a country that was founded on the concept of religious freedom you would think that our citizens would be a little more tolerant.  There are many reasons to dislike Obama, but to judge him based on some clips that are trying to prove he is Muslim makes no sense to me.  So what if he is?  I would think you would be more concerned with his political policies than who he prays to!

If you've not been paying attention for the past 200 years or so, the executive has tremendous influence over the values and morality that are perpetuated by legislation and executive decision during their term of office. Through influence on Congress and the selection of SCOTUS candidates, the sexual, religious ... whatever preference of the President comes into play on shaping our nation's community values.

You may claim to be above it, but however you reached your beliefs, they are still, in fact, your beliefs, and you cannot operate otherwise. So you may claim that your beliefs were developed in a secular vacum carefully avoiding any hint of religious overtone. That means you will naturally be out of step with 90% of Americans who when recently polled identified themselves as being influenced by faith in God. It comes out in decisions like, what should our response be for Haiti? How important is abortion funding in HC legislation? What is a just war?

If the President comes from the middle of the pack in those formative influences that shape his morality, then pluralism and freedom have a strong chance of surviving. If however they come from the edges of the community, right or left, then pluralism suffers, and freedom becomes marginalized. I find it difficult to imagine that a true Muslim, or lesbian wiccan, could serve in the office of President and not feel the pull to promote and further their worldview in some manner small or large.

BBF , what I said and would do is I would not sign any law that i found conflict with my beliefts . I would not have signed laws allowing abortion . I would not sign laws that allow lasy people to get free aid . I would sign to put people to work and teach them a trade . I would not have signed a bail out .
It would not matter really if you believe in the system . Heres where i feel dumb-o-crat presidents mess up . They spend so much time trying to change the govt. and laws . Congress should make laws , The pres should run the govt business and the court should make dam- sure they do there job with out damage to citizens . No matter how I signed congress could over rule if they had support of the people .
