Anyone shooting or has anyone shot the Sako A7? Looking at one in 308, 270, or 7mm-08.

I have not shot one, but have read various reports about them shooting 0.5 - 1.5" 5 shot groups at 100 with sundry factory ammunition.
I have carefully and closely examined one. It is a very well balanced rifle wich points very well, light, but not jumpy. Can be pointed and aimed with ease.
It is similar to a Tikka T3 in many aspects, except that it has 3 lugs on the bolt head and metal lips on the magazine. The triggers are as good as they get. The bolt and action are very very smooth.
A 30-06 is on my shopping list.

I stopped by the Bass Pro in Auburn, NY on Sunday and saw they had several A7s marked down to $545 from $684. They had a .243, .30-06, .270, and ...I think a .300 win mag. I should have taken a closer look at the .270 while I was there.

Is Sako still making the A7? I checked the Sako website and it is no longer on it and is not in the 2010 online catalog. The A7 was once the first gun on the website. Is it too much competition with the Tikka line?
