Where to find Blackpowder Cannons and shooting supplies sticky also has a section for places to buy plans.

Cannon plans

The plans from Antique Ordnance Publishers are full scale drawings.  Antique Ordnance includes in their package a scale multiplier chart so you can reduce the plans to make scale down models.  For instance according to the scale multiplier  if you want to build a 1/6 scale model from the full scale plans, just multiply each dimension by .167.  1/4 scale multiply by .250.

I clicked on 'lots of cannon plans from Dan'  , the european cannon site came up .
