To anyone interested LLBean has a wool double mackinaw Cruiser for $99. Best price I've ever
seen  for a wool coat of this quality. For anyone who likes wool clothes for hunting its a good one
and not made of pressed wool scraps like some of the cheaper Columbia or cabelas in house brands.
Never posted about a clothes bargain before but this one seems worth it and just got mine ofr next year.
Equal to filson quality and a bit softer. take care.

Just paid >$300 last month for a Filson last month. It figures they are fire sale prices this month. Very happy with the coat, the soreness in the wallet area was just starting to subside. Can't beat good wool though.

I've always found wool to be too heavy....great looking stuff if it suits you though.  Short guy like me makes me feel like I'm wearing a blanket!!
