Where in the mid west? There have been at least a half doz. new in box 225.00 out the door in Tulsa gun shows in the last 3 months several in 308 cal. In the last year I have seen at least 18 in different cal new for sale. I really dont know what the draw is on these guns other than they are cheap, better word may be inexpensive. I see Buds guns has them listed from 195.00 to 225.00 shipped but dont know about 223

In this case it is Missouri and yes i have been to Bud's no 223 and Able's too all i can say is you need to shoot one a little rough in fit and finsh but dam they group good cold or warm they put them in the same spot more than i can say for H&R at least this is my exspearance with them :)
