std or bull

 my NEF .243 has a OD of .650  at the muzzle that a standard barrel ? my .243 barrel has an over all larger diameter  and taper  much thicker than my winchester 94 30/30
just to add i have a swift fixed 4x scope on it  the .243 that is wood stock . i put my digital  fish scale on it it said 9 lb 0 oz  it's no light weight.

It's a standard contour, see the FAQs for muzzle diameters of different barrels.  ;)
