I am working with my Savage .243 right now with a 70 BlitzKing and I am getting 2 and 1 flyer, OAL was 2.670 - .952" group, took the length to 2.660 - 1.4" groups, took the OAL to 2.650" - .541" group.  I am going to load rounds at 2.650 - 2.645 - 2.640 and see how it does.  I am no where close to the lands, by no where close I mean I am probably .10" off.

I started at 2.630 and was shooting around 1 3/4", went to 2.650 and groups went down to .9", good enough for me and I too am nowhere near the lands, at least .1 off.

I've got some TTSX loaded .120 off the lands :o And I'm getting 2" groups at 200. I haven't tried them at 100 yet, but I expect to see under 1"
This is from Berger, but it's a good read;
