If it's broken, Browning will fix it under warranty - but it might not be broken.
The bolt release button, on the rear RH side of the action may be stuck in it's depressed position, from firing debris, etc - or a spring could have gone spronk ( see warranty reference above).
I would flush it out, manipulating it several times, then re-insert the bolt after holding the bolt in both hands to cock the operating handle back/open in relation to the bolt body.
The bolt release should "click" up, when the bolt's fully inserted, and keep the bolt "in", until it's depressed the next time you need to remove the bolt.
