Watched Palin on TV yesterday as she campaigned for Juan McAmnesty.  Almost puked when she said that all Republicans are Tea Party members.

I think Palin is making a mistake here, and it will cost her.  I thought maybe there was a chance she would break away from these "less than conservative" republicans, but it does not look that way.  For all the people who think they can rebuild the republican party, I figured the first step would be to vote a bunch out, not prop them up.

Yes, this will cost Palin, she will see true conservatives back away from her now that she made the choice to back Mc-same.
I find myself backpeddling from Palin at a high rate of speed...I doubt I am alone.

No your not alone. She just signed her own eviction notice at my house. I'm just one though, but I doubt I'm the only one.

Same here.  I used to like her but no more.  Sarah Palin has become a joke.  Palin is no better than the company she keeps and Juan McCain is not good company.

Besides, always a bad sign when governors quick mid term.

Yep, it sure is.  Palin could have stayed in office and ran for congress in a few years.  But old Sarah got hungry for the gold and became a shill.

I understand her stepping down for the Governor's office because the State of Alaska was footing a lot of the bill for the down time, and the libs were relentless in their harassment claims. This latest deal with McCain though is a deal breaker. I suspect if the Tea Party goers were aware of the McCain's latest Senate bills, she would not have gotten so warm a reception, but then you never know. A lot of people claim conservatism but, don't vote that way in the end. I also wonder if Palin even knows about McCain's latest Senate bills. If she doesn't shame on her for not paying attention. McCain would have already pushed thru making the illegals, legal had he won, and then the health care would have been possibly next. He's only against such things cause the Dems won't let him play in their game. He has always done just enough on the Republican side to keep the people fooled into voting for him.

I was surprised to see her carrying McCain's water again after all the crap his bunch dumped on her after the presidential election. I still think McCain would have been better than the idiot  that some of us elected for president but not by much. Now that he is gone I hope Arizona keeps him gone. I also lost any hope I had for Palin after this stunt.

When she first come on the scene, I liked her, and when she signed on with McCain, I thought I might, but I just couldn't support that sold out sob, and backed away, Palin just wasn't that big a deal, and she wasn't gonna have any input anyway, that was clear right away.

I believe she has made a conscious decision to stay with and work within the republican party. She is doing what she has been told to do if she wishes to have a shot at the party's nomination next time around.

I believe she has been a grave mistaken here. Teaming with McCain the first time wasn't a good move for her but I had high hopes they could defeat osama and that the old man would kick off early on and leave her to run the country. But that was not to be and now that she's actively campaigning for him it shows she is tied at the hip to the party and therefore I guess I can't really take her seriously as a candidate any longer. I did have hope for her but that hope has now mostly faded.

If she wanted to one day be President she should have worked with the tea party movement and made a move to get them organized and tied in with one or more third party groups to form a viable alternative to the two party system. She has had time to begin the organization at local and state levels to make such a movement viable but has flubbed it.

Once again we'll be faced with candidates from the same old two parties and a handful of totally unviable candidates who call themselves by various names but most will likely be hand picked by the big two to act as spoilers to assure the election of those with a D or R after their name.

She has chosen to be a nonstarter and as such has mostly just written herself out of national politics as hillary has now done.

I agree pretty much with what was said here. Nevertheless,in politics as the real world.one must pay back favors. She was basically an unknown govenor, til she was plucked up by McCain. With that comes payback, and that is what she is doing. I beleive when JD Hayworth beats McCain, she will support Hayworth. I do beleive that on the national scene, her comet has fizzled out.

I was just as hopeful that she would be the real deal but I am dismayed at her continued support of McCain. I understand about the favors thing but it still gives me a bit of a gut ache. We really don't need one candidate to support now anyway. It will be another year or more before anything shakes out and we could be talking about someone not even on the radar yet. Our economic situation will certainly be worse, but how much worse??? I believe our focus should be on getting rid of the bums so we can have a congress that can stand up to Obama and make his life as miserable as possible. I would settle for a holding action till we can get him out and hopefully have a president with congress turn back from this insanity. Does anyone make anything of Ron Paul winning the CPAC? Is that a microcosim of conservatives or is it just an anomaly? I really do like him and have been studying him for awhile now. He has a better grasp about our financial system than any politician I've seen. He, also being a doctor, knows more about the HC system than anyone else. Steve

LOL! Some people are just easier to fool!

She had all the right tools.............A natural actress, brilliant politician, tremendous charismatic appeal, and the looks to turn young republican heads, and some not so young it appears ;D

Just the right stuff to take the attention away from an old Liberal from AZ. that true conservatives couldn't stand the thought of voting for.Looks like she's played the wrong hand, and is starting to lose some of her appeal.............DON'T IT?

I would have to get a public apology, and explanation for campaginin for McCain, and I ain't holdin my breath. When conservatisim starts meanin conservatism then I'll reconsider, but the Republicans are dead in the water as far as I concerned.

Yep, The honeymoon is over. Now we are getting Cheerios for breakfast instead of elk steak and eggs. She don't clean house any more. She sits around and watches Oprah. She won't clean the barn anymore or help feed stock. And she ain't as friendly at night as she used to be. If I am honest I don't think she will ever be what she appeared to be when she gave her first speech at the RNC the night McRino introduced her as running mate. I blame the media in part for that. If I was her I wouldn't give McRino the time of day after the way she was treated and because he is a compromising RINO. I don't get it. I still like her as a person and her family. Guess I will take the Palin sticker off the back of my truck............Nah, it still drives liberals crazy. Think I'll leave it on.

Palin seems to have won the Alaska Gov-ship by going against the coorporte/big oil and she had the sentiment of her state behind her.

The anti coorporate/big business approach won't work with the GOP. If she had remained seperate from the Republicans and pushed for the little man she might have built a larger following but not enough to be a national factor. There doesn't seem to be any national populism riseing to fight coorporations or big business.

The Tea Party curcuit is the last ship sailing for Palin and it will not need her very long. All indications to me are that when the lines are drawn to vote, the Tea Party will support the Republicans. That is the only way the Tea Party will have any effective influence on the election. A tactic to regather the strayed Republicans. So long Sarah.
