How does the The More Complete Cannoneer book compare to The Complete Cannoneer?

Well, it's more complete!  The more complete is a later addition with some extra added stuff in it.  Just don't remember what.

The "More Complete Cannoneer" has a chapter on breechloading the "Complete Cannoneer" doesn't.  There may also be some new observations about muzzleloading cannon 1990 as compared to the first book 1976.

I talked to Matt today.  He said that he could get it to the printers in a couple of weeks if people would stop pestering him for work on other projects (he usually has several projects going at once).  He said he is being very careful to make sure that it is properly edited and it will have additional information in it.  Cross your fingers maybe sometime this summer.  I think I might buy several copies as an investment.

How long have we been waiting for this book now? While I haven't become an outright atheist yet, I guess I could be called an agnostic; meaning I'll believe the book exists when I've finally got the brand new version in my hands. ;)

RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

At least a year, maybe two.  Everytime I see him or talk to him on the phone I ask him about it.  He is a man with many irons in the fire.  Yesterday Matt, my wife and I , and 2 others went to Grayling to get Range Safety Officer training and Medical Evac. training along with discussing range improvements for the Long Range Artillery Match.  I left home at 6 am and returned at 6 pm.  It is little things like this that uses up his time.

Maybe he needs to learn to delegate.  There is a risk that things will not be done exactly as he wants, though.
