PMR 30

Alright, I know I'm not the only one waiting for this to debut. It's getting close to second quarter 2010.
PROUD REDNECK CONSERVATIVE

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun

Yup, I wish they would hurry up too.
A gun is a tool. No better, no worse than any other tool. A hammer, a shovel, or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the person using it.

Im deciding real hard between a P95 and this for a woods carry piece.  I REALLY like the high capacity mag in the PMR-30.
It's all a hot mess...........

I want one in the worst way, however the one thing I am having a "issue" with the the noise. Back in the dark ages I carried a High Stander Derringer in 22WMR and that beast had horrendous muzzle flash and was way loud. :o  Just something for your guys to consider. ???     Doug

I have had a couple AMT 22mags. Yes they are loud and do have a good flash! I also have had that HS derringer as well as a 4bbl COP and a couple North American arms revolvers. All in 22mag. I don't find it too terrible...

While the .22 mag is louder than a .22 LR it is nowhere near as loud as a .357 mag or even a .32 H&R mag with full power loads. I won't part with my AMT, it's been very reliable and is the most accurate handgun I own. I don't find any attraction to a 30 shot magazine but then I've never been attacked by a swarm of gophers.

Ok, I've seen at least half a dozen of these on gunbroker but all the big distributors claim they dont have them.  What gives?

Don't know about half a dozen but there is one on Gunbroker now and it's been bid up to $650 with a day left to run. GOOD GRIEF! For that money one could get a real gun! I guess the extra $400 is just to be the first kid on the block to have the latest Buck Rogers ray gun. ;D

http://www.gunblast.com/KelTec-PMR30-2.htm   This might be of interest, it's the first test I've seen.

I've yet to put my hands on one yet, but my pops was lucky enough to get one from his local pawn shop s few days ago.  Says he absolutely loves it.  Put about 400 rounds of assorted, mixed bag ammo through it as fast as he could load mags.  Zero failures.  He said the thing was literally smoking but still went bang every time he pulled the trigger.  Now if i could just find one...
