This is not only directed at him but a prime example. Lets start with... On a nice note Guam is a beautifull U.S. territory and I can't wait to go back. Great hunting and fishing there. Everyone is very friendly.

Let's see now...they could put 2,000 Marines on the south coast, then follow with the same on the east, west and north coasts. Or;..if Guam is somewhat light on one side, they could build more parking lots on that side..maybe write a law causing folks to move their pianos and refrigerators to one end of their houses.
   Of course, if they get very many Democrat congressional delegations visiting, those Dermocrats will have to take rooms about center of the island.
  Otherwise their "tickle fights" will upset the whole applecart...

After more than 30 years in the legal profession in So Cal, I can tell you that "minorities" like this guy are not as rare as you might think.   Thank God he's in Congress where he's one of more than 400.  Just imagine being in a court room with this guy as a judge.... the only judge who will control the case.

My cousin has had Hept C for 20 some years. He is retired at 55 and is now 60. He has had his own commercial hot tar and gravel roofing company for years and negotiated large commercial jobs in the 100's of thousands. He had ten employed and all kinds of equipment from heavy trucks,loaders,conveyors to move gravel 4 stories. He slowed down physically but you never seen a man with such a business sense and he is still sharp and quick witted till this day. All with an 8th grade education. If I had to I would let him help me decide on any decision I would make. No this congressman needs to step down as it is clear he is self medicating with a personal choice remedy of his own doing. He and his constituents are in need of drug testing. Of course he is a democrat and wont take responsibility for his own actions. And his colleagues are using him for an easy vote. I hate when people use the weak as a tool, as in the teacher at our polling place bringing his mentally challenged sister that cant even speak coherently and voting for her. He should step down but it seems you can't fix stupid.

No.  Referring to the state courts in metropolitan southern California.  Actually, the 9th Circuit justices are highly intelligent, even if they're fanatical leftists.  None of them believe that an island will capsize.   This Rep. Henry Johnson and others like him are an entirely different matter.

The issue in Guam is really nothing to joke about, the way the oceanic current has undermined
the bedrock on the north side of the island is going to have catastrophic effects. A tsunami
striking the south side of the island could theoretically knock the island over. The fissure that has
formed will probably crack off Tsunami or not and that couple of miles should be evacuated. as usual
they will wait until too late to evacuate just as I waited a few days late to attempt a joke for
the first of April. As for the politician, I do not think it has anything to do with the drugs.
