Wounded Warrior Project
« on: April 01, 2010, 07:51:56 PM »
Hello everyone,
As I have told some of you, I have been working on another project. This time the project wasn't a Handi or even another gun at all.  It has been to purchase a Wounded Warrior Project banner here on GBO.

I have been working with the Wounded Warriors for quite some time. I was an Infantry Medic in Iraq from 2003-2004, where some of my closest comrades lost limbs and their lives were forever changed. The Wounded Warrior Project was there providing financial support for them and their families during their times of need.

I ask that you click on the link and place a tax-deductible donation to this great cause. Every penny helps, no donations are too big or too small.

Please remember that the strength of this great Nation is a sum of it's part and everyone has a part.

Dinny, I salute you and thank you sir!
1-For your service to our country.
2-For your efforts to honor and support these REAL MEN!!!
As a "fixed" income stares me in the face I feel a little financially challenged and had set aside 3-5 barrels to part with to fund another project.  I thinking, thanks to Dinny, to redirect those efforts elsewhere.  These true heroes need to be honored and supported a lot more than Walt needs a new toy.  Come on guys, let's step up to the plate on this one!!!
