Doctors response to Health Care Reform

MOUNT DORA — A doctor who considers the national health-care overhaul to be bad medicine for the country posted a sign on his office door telling patients who voted for President Barack Obama to seek care "elsewhere."

"I'm not turning anybody away — that would be unethical," Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, a Mount Dora urologist and a registered Republican opposed to the health plan, told the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday. "But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it."

The sign reads: "If you voted for Obama … seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years."

I saw that on the news down here in Texas. He'll catch some hell on that one, won't he?

My wife went to a neurologist today. I asked him how osamas hc would affect him. He said he would have to work an extra 30% more hours to compensate for the xtra cost to him. POWDERMAN.

 I wish they would all do that. I also wish he was closer. I would reffer him to everyone I know.

Ballsy move. Gotta respect that. My sense is that he does not need the money. So his protest is more based in politics than any downside to his business. Honestly, any small/medium business owner that has a problem with Obama ought to do this. Shocked there is only 1 in the country.
