Got my front sights for the Topper 30-30

Okay I got the sights now, but what size screw do I need to put it on with? I know this has been asked a bunch, but I can't remember. I have a couple that the threads fit, but their heads are either to small for the sight or to big for it.

It's gonna be 3-48, 6-48 or possibly 4-48, they've used all one time or another.

No.3, kind of a small oddball size
No.4, used in general electrical stuff, but not in that pitch
No.6 X 48, common scope mount size
If you have a scope screw to try for thread fit check that first, if smaller, maybe you can find a No.4 size to at least figure if the dia. is right BUT dont screw it in.
If its smaller than that its the No.3

Thanks. Ordered the H&R front sight screw from Brownell's. They threw in a free catalog.
