A smaller toy to play with for a bit.

I needed a .45 to shoot up  a supply of powerbelts so i pmed a friend *Saxman* and asked if i could borrow his .45 CVA Kodiak. Nice rifle! It would be better if the trigger wasnt 4 1/2lbs but at least it doesnt have any grit or creep  :D  The scope on this beast is a 4-16x Center Point. Very clear and has the MIL dot set up. Shot up a good deal of powerbelts today, along with BH209. Rifle is BH friendly but its a mess after firing it. A great deal of blowback .  I had a Winchester Apex .45 which is basically the same rifle and now i know why i got rid of it LOL. These drop actions are a tight spaced pain in the butt to clean.

Anyway, here she is.  I have some 275gr powerbelts and 70-80-90gr BH209 loads measured out for tomorrow after i make a sand bag rest.
