Primary Chance
« on: April 14, 2010, 03:22:34 PM »
WELL! Here's our chance in the primary's to vote for a real conservative, with a chance of winning against Obammy!

Ron Paul can beat Barack Obama in 2012, according to the latest Rasmussen poll: If the elections were held today, Obama would gain 42% of the vote compared to Paul’s 41%  – statistical dead heat. Among independents, Paul has an astonishing 47%  to 28% edge over the president.

The difficult part may be getting the GOP nomination: Only 66% of GOP voters say they would support Ron Paul even if he wins the nomination. But there’s still potential for improvement: 49% of GOP voters are still not sure whether Ron Paul shares the values of most Republicans throughout the nation.

Time to spread the message!

nw_hunter, as much as I agree with Paul, I don't think you can get Republicans to support him. He just ain't shineyenough to suit them. Republicans PROVED last primary, they had rather support a good liar, with the record to prove it, over an honest Statesman, with the voting record to prove it.
Make no mistake I will support him and keep on Tea Partying, but I don't have much faith in Republican voters. Most are all about trading, including many of my friends and family members.

OH! I agree!, but there are so many on the forum looking for a viable candidate to oust Obama, and here is a good man leading him in the polls ::) Here is the chance to get behind a REAL conservative, and a Republican too!

I know most Republican voters our age are going to listen to the RNC, and Democrats their party chiefs and vote party lines, but there is a new bunch of young voters out there, that see the sorry mess we have made for them, and they are looking for someone out of the box to turn to. One can only hope!

it seems like the nra might have been trading us a bit with mccain.  I still don't know how to feel about what could have been.  with all the dirt coming out on him (because the media wants him shelved I guess?) he seems like such a terd.  maybe the nra wanted to grease his pockets and keep us safe, maybe just the gun manufacturers?  I can't say I'm happy with obama though.  I voted for Palin... might again.  might vote for keyes or paul.  keyes or paul might get picked off though- palin is too hot to touch right now but the other two aren't.  notice how the media usually leaves them alone..... if the cabal can pop a president on tv (jfk) and lie about it then what about paul and his fed audit?  I hope that he (paul) does do something meaningful soon because I fear that when the heat dissipates from the fed that he'll end up hurt or dead.

whoever steps up to clean house needs to do it really soon.
