Found the article, cubrock

"Magnum Guns & Shooting," volume 3, number 1.  The article is on page 21, and is entitled "Texas Longhorn Arms NO-NAME PISTOL

"Even without a name, this little jewel is going to build quite a reputation."

The article is only one page long, and has 2 pictures, one with the caption under the picture.  These are the pistols that became the Jezebels.  The man who developed these pistols was Keith DeHart, and according to the article he and Grover were working together to get these into production.  Bob Baer introduced them to each other.  They were to be chambered in 22 lr and 22 magnum.

Forgot to add the date the magazine came out, and the publisher.  1986, and it was published by Harris Publications.

Ray,

Thank you!  Would you be willing to photocopy or scan that article and send it to me?  I'd be happy to pay for it.  My email is:

steve@tlabook.com

We can discuss it offline if need be.

Yes, few people know that the Jezebel wasn't designed by Grover.  I've talked with Keith DeHart about it and seen the original prototypes.  Neat little poppers.
