I guess my biggest problem with all of this pork is how long this scheme has gone on. Decades of constant spending and most is for private business or some non profit organizations backed by business which as some sort of lobby in DC pandering to the critters with the power to dish out the cash.

If we cut out 80% of this spending how many jobs would be left in the private sector and/or public sector? It is interesting to run down the list and see how much money is being spent vs. tackling our national debt, cutting our federal income tax, and starting to see a real surplus of money which could put America in the lending business vs. the borrowing business from other nations.
