Sports Authority End of Season Clearance

Was in Sports Authority (again) yesterday and they have 50% yellow tag on anything ending with .97 including guns. Had a 2 barrel Braztech singleshot rifle, wood stock and forend, for $50. .22lr and 20ga I think. Other guns and accessories too. Recommend it.

I was at a SA tent sale yesterday. Anything with a .97 was 25% off. I asked what the yellow and green stickers meant. "Nothing" at that location. YMMV.

I need to head in there today and see what my local store is doing.  They always have pretty decent clearance deals (I'm not sure I've ever bought anything except ammo at normal price there :S).  I've been in the market for a 12ga autoloader for duck hunting.

Very surprised to hear sports authority sells firearms,here in n.y. and ct. they stopped selling guns and ammo years ago.

I was shocked they sold guns at SA in HI, but the upside is they have the least firearms knowledgeable staff of anyone anywhere, and their prices are set by a store manager who probably has never owned or fired one. To mark a gun down 50% off of an already discounted 20% tag in this day and age? Of course its by traffic ... the premium guns move quicker so they never reach the bargain bin.
