So you got my bear picked out for me this year...lol... That is a hugh bear. I would say well up in the 400 plus range.

You like the bear blood on my face... I hope to do it once again this year, knowing the way you work your butt off, everyone will have a chance at a nice bear..

Jeff and I were just talking about hunting black bear this year, just yesterday. I can't wait to be sitting in the woods once again, nor can I wait to se my brother from the north.

Rex6666........Northern Maine. they came out of zones 3 and 6.  The top three zones in Maine for bear are 28 or it's 23 not sure that is top, second is zone 6 and third is zone 3.  Talk with redhawk he can fill you in on the details.  All the blinds are set up at 15-20 yards.  We avg 250 lbs bear each year and offer the chance at some real monsters 400+++ again Don't take my word for it, talk with those who have seen the real deal......."fish gotta swim, broadheads gotta eat"  love to see you roll one with the stick and string......

Hey Redhawk, i got cream rolls and cup cakes this year............8 tons of them, so have at it.....I'll save you your own bucket.....Heck I'll save you two.......

rex6666, Pete is right. I had a 400 lb plus in front of me last year, and I did not feel comfortable with the frontal shot on that big beast. But this year if I get the same shot, I will not hesitate.

My buddy Jerry had a Hugh 500 pounder in font of him as well last year and he was presented with the same shot , and he also did not take the shot, thinking he would get a better shot.  These big bear did not get that big being dumb, they new something was not right, they did not no what it was, but they did not commit to coming in for a broadside shot.

This year I will have a round that can shoot end to end, and a frontal shot will not deter me from getting a Hugh bear if it shows up.

You want a big bear, go see Pete at Wild County Outfitters..
