I live in WNC, near Asheville, but hunt in Chester, SC.  It's 100 miles from my house to the clubhouse, about 2 hrs drive.  Far enough away to not be bothered by the family, close enough to get home if anything happens.

Not really upstate, but on the border I suppose.  :)

I'm Edgefield/Johnston myself, but I hunt Saluda, Greenwood and Newberry counties quite often.

From Lexington, but have hunted all over Fairfield, Newberry, and now Saluda counties.

The other day I combined a trip to the hunt club to pull camera cards with a trip to the Ninety Six Historical Site and Lake Greenwood State Park, and rode around in the country around the area. I told the wife I wanted to move there.
