Sweet looking ride you got there.
I don't really have any pics but when it was running I had a 57 Willys' with the hunter orange camo pattern paint job.
Now it's sitting in the garage waiting on me to get it running again. :'(

Thanks, I hope you get it running again soon.

Would be nice to see some pic's of some rig's but it doesnt look like to meny people respond to posts on this forum. Kinda sad, I have only been on here a few weeks but I dont see a lot of people responding to posts and there seem to be a lot of people on here. Is that normal for this site or did I just join at a slow time???

I would love to have a rig like that!! I use my everyday truck for hunting, it is a 2003 Dodge quad cab. Nothing special just a truck. It made me cut way back on road huntin' cause I get a whopping 8 mpg in the mountains. Just kidding about the road huntin, gas has not gotten so high I had to quit yet. ;DLOL I call it power scouting. I do NOT shoot from the truck but take notes on what I see where to reference back to come time to find places to hang stands. Kind of narrow down areas for food sources and such and then scout those areas on foot.
Thanks,

I owned a 47 Willies pickup serial number 000047111 at one time.

Sold it when I went through a divorce.

2006 4WD GMC Work Truck.  Palimino Bronco slide in pop up camper.  Good hunting rig if you travel a lot.  Saves the cost of hotels and lodges, and sure beats sleeping on the ground.  Gets into places you couldn't with a tow along trailer.

Your hunting rig doesnt have to be fancy, Just whatever you hunt in, or whatever gets you to and from that special stomping grounds in the woods.
That is my everyday truck too. One of my sponsors went a little nuts on it with his air brush lol... It's not so great on the gas milage either now that LesSchwabs put on the bigger wheels and tires. Oh well, it gets me where I need to go durring the week, then to & from my hunting spots on the week end I guess. I guess I should have posted a pic of my boots lol,,, I spend more time hunting in them............

My wife wants one of those. I keep telling her to buy a car though as we really dont need 3 four wheel drive vehicles in the yard and that a car will get better gas milage. I dont know if im going to win that argument though.

You can opt for a 4 cyl front wheerl drive model which they claim will get you over 30 mpg on the highway. This is a 6 cyl all wheel drive kind of thirsty ut most of my driving is city stop and go, and I don't drive it for optimum gas mileage. I've had it since september and all I can say it has been a great vehicle. and comfortable. I have no regrets.

It's a great lookin car, and I have been a GM man for almost 50 years, BUT! I can't buy a Government Motors vehicle. I own a couple of Chrysler's but, unless they pay me my loan back, I'm stuck with Ford or foreign, if I trade again.

Well everyone is entitled to there opinion. Only problem if more people take that attitude and support foriegn companies like those wonderful freaking Toyotas you know the gurus of automotive quality ???. Your going to watch your share of the loan along with mine and everybody else head straight to the septic tank. Think about it. I really don't see the old GM in this vehicle. Its actually impressive.
