sling studs on conteder
« on: April 27, 2010, 07:13:20 AM »
I have pachmyr grips with the sling studs in them. I have tried several slings and none will fit through the holes on the studs. Has anyone else ran into this?? Do you have to bore the hole a little bigger normally or what??
Thanks,

Are you actually trying to get the sling through the hole in the stud?  ???
Or are you trying to install QD swivels in the the stud?

LMAO!! The slings have the swivels on them the diameter is just slightly larger than the hole in the stud.
Thanks,

OK, you had me worried there. If you recheck your original post you'll see what I mean.  ;D I worked at a shooting range for 6 years and I've seen quite my share of oddities.

I can't imagine the things a guy may see at a shooting range. I looked back at my post when I read your first one and understand where you were coming from. We generally go shoot at the river into sand banks or go to the mountains to shoot.
Thanks,
