No, sir, I haven't.  They're both rimmed cases with a 0.506 rim and a 0.420 body.  It just might be possible to trim .30-30 brass to .303 Savage.  I must admit that I had never heard of the cartridge until you asked the question and I started digging through old books.  Thanks for the education.

27730N   .303 Savage (per 20)   24.98

I believe that if it could be done easily it would be a popular alternative for .303 Savage owners.  I have not heard of it being done.

No, the .30-30 brass will not work for the .303 Savage. I'd suggest using the Norma brass that is available, it is what we use for our factory loads.

About ten years ago I bought new 303 Savage 190 grain ammo from a guy named "Sailor" who lived in Owen, Wisconsin for 25 bucks a box of 20.   This was loaded in new .303 Sav. headstamped brass, not made from something else.  It was new commercial ammo loaded by him in his machinery.  He had other cartridges also.  It was perfect ammo.
Vote them all out, EVERY election!

Does anyone remember the scene from "Quigley Down Under" showing the aborigines lined up on the skyline as far as you could see?   That needs to be US!
