The "regular" Vanguards are usually around MOA or at least the 2 I have, .270 and .308 Compact are. The triggers on the newer ones are better and somewhat adjustable, otherwise a $100 Timney is a nice improvement. That's probably about right for the Sub MOA model, the regular Vanguards run $400 to $450 around here. The action weighs more than most other bolt actions and the thin barrels tend to heat up quick which may be a problem with extended range time. For hunting they are excellent.
