I'll be shooting a 17hmr and a 22lr. I'll post a range report soon.

Well I went out this morning to shoot the 2 Rossi's. Open sights at 25 yards they both show promise. The 17hmr shot a cloverleaf about an inch in diameter which I think is pretty good since I don't think the sights are the most user friendly. The 22 caliber shoots pretty accurately too. I'll scope them soon and post another range report then.

It looks like these two will be. I forgot to mention they both have fairly good triggers too. If they do end up proving to be as good of shooters as I think they will be I'll definitely add another. The local Gander Mountain had a used 270/12 gauge combo for sale for $160. I was in a hurry or I think I would have put it on lay away (assuming GM does lay away on used guns, I know they do on new ones).
