Wanna find out what the internet has about you? Check Spokeo dot com and type in your name. For a few dollars a year anybody can get even more stuff about you, like photos etc. If you check the right lower tab marked Privacy, and give them even more info, its supposed to delete all your information from the website files. $:-\$ Yeah...

I'm not on there. My dad is though (he has the same name as me so he popped up searching for myself). Very, VERY inaccurate information. It shows my dad with the correct birthdate, but as being African American (he's white), with a $1+ million dollar home built in 1978 (his house is more like $150k, and was built in 1989). Also says that his education level is "Some College". My dad never graduated high school.

The sites info is very inaccurate and pretty useless. I suspect most individuals fishing for info on someone in particular knows this already. Some of the inaccuracies are even funny. For instance it said I live a $1M+ home in a "below average neighborhood". I wounder what houses cost in the average neighborhood?

You can have your information removed by clicking the tiny "privacy" link at the very bottom of the page that your info is on and then follow the directions.
