Help needed....

I was shooting my S&W 625 (.45 ACP) today and found a squib in my reloads the hard way.  It moved the bullet into the barrel, but not far enough to clear the cylinder charge hole.  

My revolver is now stuck closed.  I haven't messed with it.  Anybody got any suggestions for getting this bullet out and freeing the cylinder?

What material is the stuck bullet made from and how many "live" rounds remain in the revolver?

A bore fitting brass rod can usually be used to drive the bullet back into the cylinder.  Don't get hammer happy!!  Use the least amount of force needed to clear the weapon.  At the shop I use a press and a brass rod with a wood holder for the revolver..  but a brass rod and hammer will work just fine..
