Sorry I don't have any information on green dot. I always used red dot in my 16 loads.

I've loaded it for 12, 20 and 28 but have never even fired much less loaded for a 16 gauge. Still since it's used for those on both sides of it I see no reason why it shouldn't work for a 16 ga. Check with powder maker or get their free data book and likely loads will be found. If you don't have the latest Lyman Shotshell loading manual ya should get it. I'd never be without the latest one for my shotshell loading info.

I suppose if ya PM me with the hull, wad and shot weight you hope to use I can look thru mine for a load suggestion tho as I say if ya don't have the manual ya really shouldn't be reloading shotshells. It's that worthwhile.

Here is a good website for the 16ga.  You can find quite a bit of info there on Green Dot loads as it is quite popular for the 16ga.

Have a look at this spreadsheet found on the 16ga.com forum;

The only Green dot load is 7/8 oz using 16 gr.  R-16 wad for 1195fps and 8000 pressure

Generally, Green dot doesn't seem to be highly regarded, especially for heavier and hotter loads.

My own 16 gauges are older Husqvarna underlever guns and I use a modest load of Herco, but I might go to SR4756 which appears to perform well at lower pressures.
