BC Carbine - Sight Question

Hi All,

Will the front and rear sights of a 45LC BC Carbine fit on a standard 22" Handi 45/70 barrel, w/o machining?  I have to ask this because I like the look of the sights but have never met a BC Carbine in person.

IF the sights will fit anybody have part #s and a supplier?

Beans...yes they are great...but unfortunately they are both dovetailed, where the 45-70 (or at least mine is) open sights are attached with screws

my avatar pic is my 1960 Rambler I bought in 1972 for $175..6 banger 3-on-the-tree...drove it for 5 yrs  22mpg.. was "hot-rodding" (LOL) one night...tore out 1st/reverse gear. Drove it that way for 2 yrs(with no reverse and only 2nd and high)  Had to really plan ahead when parking.

Thanks for the info.  I like the BC Carbine sights, but not enough to pay to have my barrel machined.  Will investigate other options.
