Who's handled one?

I'd like to hear your thoughts on the interchangeable back straps, new mag release button, grip stippling (its not the RTF texture...they say its a little different).

I have owned a 4th mod 17 for a couple of months.  Really like the grip size without adding the spacers.   Mag release is ok just dont seem important.  Only problem is the 8 lb trigger pull, smoothed the vertical tab on the trigger bar as it was as rough as a file.  Helped some but still after 500 rounds it is a lot heavier pull than my 26 or my law enforcement trigger in my 3rd gen 22.
Model 22 trigger is really, really nice.

Owned an RTF Gen 3.5 and and a Gen 4.  The Gen 4 corrected some things I didn't like about the 3.5.  I like the texture, mag release, and grip angle with no backstrap.

I had a chance to shoot a Gen 4 G-17, just 20 rounds, but one thing was clear, it had very soft recoil.
