While this makes my stomach turn and don't believe a word of the "seed of peace" crap that they are sputtering, fact of the matter is that in the US they have every right to put it there unless we formally engage and accept that we are in a war against Islam (which I am whole heartedly for).  That is one of the principals that this Country was founded on.

They have a history of thousands of years of putting monuments on conquered land.  And that is exactly their intent this time.  Makes me sick.

Their claim is that Islam is a religion of peace.  I think popular opinion is against that.  Every time you offend them in any way all they want to do is kill you!  Yea, they're a religion of peace.  Peace that is, after you're dead!  Hopefully New Yorker's will convince them to build that thing some place else, like Harlem, not ground zero.

Well in case you guys haven't noticed, ya'll are the only ones upset about it. The New York City folks don't care. They have a little over 200 mosques in the City alone. I personally don't care if they build one in front of city hall up there. Maybe the next time they go flyin they'll do the UN buildings, and they can build a mosque there commemorating that event.

  I thought the UN was a mosque?

   All they do is favor the agenda of the Muslim world.
