My Bear Kodiak 45# recurve, was free as they thought it was damaged or bent. My group clearly shows its not and shoots as good today, as the day it was first shot back in 1967.


Here is a picture of a self longbow that I was told was junk, would never ever be anything but a wall hanger. I paid $32.99, and refinished it to what it is now and yes it shoots.
