Going to an Islamic Country Fair tommorow

Was in the library with the kid and there was a flyer about something Sunday with a Bouncy Castle. That was all it took. Spent the last 15 minutes Googling what is apparently a weird fringe cult based on Islam. Imagine vegan Muslim Jesus freaks wearing homespun and living off solar power in honor of their leader for life. They have a "community" on 300+ acres 15 minutes from me and I have never heard from them.

Should I drink the Kool Aid?

wreckhog. Cult is right. If you have a goat,or a young daughter,  leave them at  home. Be sure and report your exciting experiences, like the sexiest goat, youngest bride, etc. POWDERMAN.  ::) ::)

What causes a belief system to be perceived as a cult is an abandonment of inflatable recreation for the kids.
I think it would be okay if you just dropped the kid off and picked him up later.

Sure why not, I bet the kid could learn some real good life lessons while in the bouncy castle.

I wouldn't let my kids within ten miles of a place like that. 

Charles Manson used to have a community something like that, but I don't ever remember that crew having a bouncy castle, but it might have been a wonderful idea to draw kids. I guess they maybe didn't have bouncy castles when Manson was building his community.

Did not go. The kid decided to complain about every single little thing today and as an annoyed parental  response, we stayed home. I took a nap.

Yeah, the last thing you want with you is a kid who has run short of good manners, when you're meeting radical extremists for the first time.
