Recommendations for a CCW hoster for a CZ75B

I've not been able to locate a holster for the CZ75B. I would prefer a "high ride" similar to a "Fletcher" design, but would consider others. Any help will be appreciated. Jager

I use a in the pants holster for my cz85db and my cz82/83's.  I got them from www.midwayusa.com/  I think they were on clearance a while back for $15 each. the smaller holster(cz82/83's) has a spot for an extra mag.
