Have I said before how much I love RCBS?

Last week, a box dropped from my shelf and broke part of my scale. (my fault) The next day, I went out to load some 300 UM shells, about 28 degrees out there, and my lube didn't work at that temperature, and/or my brass was expanded from the cold. Anyway, I stuck a case in the die, and broke my decapper, and crushed the sizing ball getting it out. I E-Mailed RCBS, and they said replacement parts are on the way, NO CHARGE, and it was all MY fault. Can't argue with that.

Robert,

Now if they would only preposition the potential parts for replacement on your bench before they break, now that would be customer service!

I am waiting on a small stem for my primer pocket swagging die that bent on Thursday, the warranty section was not in till Monday, so hopefully it will have been mailed out today.

I eill 2nd. Roberts opinion on RCBS they are first class in my book, I havent had a problem with them, I dont think their is anything they wont do to satisfy their customers. :D    JIM

The only problem I've had lately is the yoke on my lubesizer keeps breaking.  The original lasted over ten years but cracked out. They sent me a new one lickety split but I didn't even get it installed and the spot weld broke and it fell apart. Called them up and they fired another one out which lasted through 10 bullets and same problem. I called them and told them that the spot welds are not properly done and it just seems to go in one ear and out the other. I welded up the last one and am still using it but have a new one on the bench. Don't know how long that one will last either. It's great that they replace stuff but if there's a problem let's get it fixed before you just keep sending out defective parts. Other than this I've had exellent service from them.
