  I mean do you remember the congressman, Hank Johnson D-GA. He is the fellow who feared that stationing 8,000 additional Marines on Guam..may cause that island to capsize.

  Well, their neighboring Democrats did it again; but not wanting to be outdone by GA, South Carolina Democrats selected a real prize !   ...And they did it on a state-wide level.
