I don't recall every making a 22 caliber mold for that heavy of bullets, but so far as custom costing more. I reckon not, it it doesn't get unreal or too complex. I cut EVERY mold custom, for everybody. Ask for any caliber any weight and if I can't do it I'll say no, or if you ask for something that gets time consuming for me to make will quote you a higher price.
