Good pump gun airrifles

The accuracy of this little 880 pumper is very cool!! ;D I was shooting an old water bottle from about 30yds away and hitting it with every shot!...Now thats with open sights, and trying to see just where the sights were on that tiny clear plastic bottle made the shots a challenge. Pretty amazing for a cheapo pumpgun!! 8 pumps and gamo wadcutter pellets. Thanks! scout4<><

It always seems to be the cheapest things that surprise the most! I bought a cheapo 22 for 6 dollars and it was amazingly accurate, bought an old truck for a couple hundred and couldnt kill it for anything!

That is SO true, couldn't agree more. I have a Daisy Power Line 856 pump, that's at least 20 years old. It still fires like it did when new, holds air just fine, and shoots both bb's & pellets. For the money involved, absolutely NO complaints.

Cheap often more closely equates to the 'ugly' side rather than elegant, but I cant argue the logic or experience. It has worked that way many times for me, though my wife has questioned it when I expressed it. For some reason I seem to get more satisfaction out of making reasonably good hits with something that I didnt expect much of, than doing the same with a more highly priced (over-priced?) mediocre performer.

I inherited an old Crossman pump from my father-in-law, I think it's a 66. I have thought of mounting a scope on it. If I do my part it hits. I use Raptors and it penetrates pretty well on tin cans. I put one inside of another and have penetrated 6 sides. That's 3 cans. Never fired for groups as it's too muck work for an old man.

I got a old crosman 2200 mag and that thing was the gun. It shot hole in hole at 15-30Yards( :o :o)  which i did not think any airgun could do. I love that thing but i put gamo oil in and mess up the seal :'(

the stock is also JB to the frame of the gun. It's not comeing off.

also last time i try to fix a airgun(crosman 766) it made it wosrt and had to trash the gun.

Crooked barn sells seals for discontinued Crosmans and I think will do the work if you want to send them an airgun.
