Naturally, the "Infernal Revenue Service" wants their pound of flesh !  http://blog.al.com/live/2010/06/irs_says_it_wants_its_share_of.html

     No wonder the Obammy administration insisted on $20 billion up front be handed to them for the "suffering folks on the gulf coast".          That way, whatever does happen to trickle down to the "suffering" ..can still be taxed.

What's new?  Most of us do get taxed, no matter who trickles on us.
