I hope we never forget about the terrorist attacks, even though abc(peter jennings  ),cbs(dan rather :x ),cnn, and nbc would like us to forget the images of the events that happened on that day. It is ok to show dead soldiers and bloody spots where they were laying(God bless them) but they don't want us to see images of 9-11 because they know it will enrage us and they will have a hard time brainwashing us to be against the war.

I was driving home from the rifle range today and the radio station I was listening to broke for the news, which came from one of the "big 3" networks.

They announced President Bush's trip to Iraq to eat Thankgiving dinner with the troops but no, they couldn't leave it at that. They added that it was a secret flight and that if at any time the word had gotten out the plane would have turned around. Now this was a 30-second spot in the top of the hour news and they chose to add that. No voices of the cheering troops like I heard elsewhere. What a sorry bunch of losers to try to diminish a heroic gesture like this for their petty agenda.

It makes me sick.

Next count on Hillary ( "I spent 4 bizillion of your tax dollars flying around New York campaigning, er, on a listening tour" ) or another of her ilk, to ask how much it cost. Just like the carrier landing.

She can't. She is over there too. Well, I forgot I was talking about a democrat (we can name call and launch personal attacks but it's not fair when the republicans do it).You know she is olny going over there to help her run for the "big house". I wish I could have been a fly on the wall when she found out Pres. Bush was on the way back home from Iraq. She is heading for there when she leaves Afganistan.
At work sometimes I hear the abc nightly news, and not a night goes by that goober jennings doesn't attack the Pres. Bush. Usually on the war. He talks down to you like you are the scum of the earth and he is a god; like we should believe every lie that comes from his mouth.

I guess if she actually sees any troops ( Assuming she knows their ours because she forbade officers at the White House to wear their uniforms, and, she can resist the urge to send them out for pizza, ditto the White House. ) I guess they'll have to cut out the audio like they did when she appeared in Shea stadium in NY with the firemen and policemen.
