I've had an RIA Compact for over a year. Initially, I had some FTF's, so I shipped it to their shop in Pahrump, Nev. Arnel, the gunsmith, called me personally to say they had received it. A week later, he called me back to tell me that he had adjusted the extractor, polished the feed ramp, and recut the chamber. I had the gun back in 10 days, no charge from RIA, and it has been flawless since. My only expense was shipping one way (tip: never, ever ship a firearm UPS). For the tweaking Arnel did, it was worth the cost and trouble. Such customer service is rare these days! I'm sold on RIA for a quality firearm at an entry-level price, and outstanding customer service.
