Yep, I built myself one on a Rem 700. I made a neckup die with interchangable inserts so I can neck up 7mm rem mag brass. I normally shoot it with the Lyman 265gr. bullet paper patched for full throttle loads, or the Lee 250gr. 38-55 bullet for lighter loads. If a person wanted one rifle to handle all his hunting rifle desires it'd be tough to beat this one.
