All three really would be about the same. If muzzle flip, more then recoil in the palm of your hand is the issue, then I believe Glock makes a ported version of their .40 that should take some of the muzzle rise away and put it back on target a little faster. When you put a major caliber in a sub compact handgun, the laws of physics are going to apply. Even my little Glock 26 9mm jumps around some, compared to a full size platform.
