Cut them lenght wise, along with some onion and green peppers. Put them in a bowl, and marinate them with one of the following. Either worchester sauce, soy, or terryaki sauce. 3-4 hours in the refer, then lay them out on a sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle some seasoning on them, like steak or pork chop. If I have bacon, I'll cut up a couple slice's and put them in before wrapping it up. If not, I'll add some bacon fat to the mix. Wrap them up and put them in the grill for 45 minutes or so. When done, and putting them on the plate, sprinkle some parmasean cheese on top. gypsyman
