Look in the brownells catalog on line. They have a bunch of stones that can be used. Or check some of the machine shop supply houses. Enco, travers tool, and MSC all have stones. Frank

Stones are the clasic tool for cleaning and polishing a sear but the ceramincs are better. They remove metal quite fast enough and use water as a lube.. Also they don't wear unevenly and really don;t wear much at all... For the most part the Brownells white ceramic ground stones are best, They allow fine work with a small outlay of cash, The not ground stones are nearly as good but lack the fine edge that sometimes comes in so handy.
